Paypal account, we can accept a wire transfer.

When you make your reservation please
check the box that asks if we can
text/SMS you updates. That way we can send the
information to you as it becomes available.
If you have not checked the bus, and you have Internet
access, please go to
www.bundubus.com/status for updated status
information. If you do not have Internet access
please call our dedicated status telephone number.
You will not be helped if you call any of our regular
numbers. |
TOP |
Hahahahahahahahaha! We do our best
to maintain a regular
schedule. Because of the fact that traffic
patterns through national parks are often completely
unpredictable, and because of the large distances, this
is not always possible. |
TOP |
No, the ticket is
not transferrable. |
TOP |
Yes, a government issued
photo ID is mandatory if you use
a credit card to make a reservation, or if you are using
a hop on, hop off pass. ID is not needed for walk
on tickets. |
TOP |
Yes,
you will need the
credit card you used. |
TOP |
Yes, the credit card must be yours, in
your name. |
TOP |
Yes, we have to
imprint the card. |
TOP |
Sure, no problem.
You must fulfill all the same requirements as with a
credit card. |
TOP |
No, we do not
accept these. |
TOP |
Sorry about that. We do not offer
refunds if you miss the bus.
You will need to pay for another ticket. If you
have a hop on, hop off pass and miss the bus you will
be charged the higher of $50 or the cost of the next
trip you take. |
TOP |
We strongly
suggest you wait until you are
emailed a confirmation,
especially if you want to make onward bookings.
The overwhelming majority of the times the booking will
be confirmed as you have made it, but sometimes
technical mistakes happen and the booking cannot be
confirmed. |
TOP |
This depends on which
location you are in.
|
TOP |
We allow one large
suitcase, one carry on piece like a SMALL backpack,
and one item like a camera or SMALL purse. |
TOP |
Sorry - yes
there is. Some routes require a
minimum of two people for the Bundu Bus
to run on a certain route. This means that we need
a total of two guests, not two in your party. Other
routes do not have a minimum. |

Entry to the national parks is not included. Please consider getting a National Parks pass. At the time of writing this was $80.00 and it gets you, plus three friends, into all the national parks in the USA.
