Restrictions And Stuff |
The fact that you have bought a hop on, hop off
pass does not guarantee you a spot on the bus!
You may still need to make a
reservation. |
If you choose to just arrive at a pick up location,
and there is space on the bus you are obviously welcome
to hop on. If the vehicle is full, there is
nothing we can do for you if you did not make a
reservation. |
Some routes will sell out. Please
check seat availability before you buy your hop on,
hop off pass.

You do not need to book your start date at the time
you buy your hop on, hop off pass. We suggest
you do, however, and book as much of your route as you
can, ahead of time. That way you can guarantee
seats on the bus. |
If you book your start date and then want to change
it, you can do so. There is a $20 change fee if
you call us to make the change, and $10 if you
email us. You cannot change it online. If you want to change a specific
trip once a pass has started to run its course, please
see our
FAQ's. |
When you make a reservation for a trip we hold that
seat for you, and we cannot sell it to someone else.
For this reason, if you make a reservation and do not
show up when the bus arrives to pick you up, we will
charge you in full for the next leg you take. We
will charge you the higher of $50 or the amount that it
would normally cost to go from the point you get on to
the point you eventually get off.
For information on changing a
pass please see our
FAQ's. |
